Hotel's staff and location were great, had a good stay in the city-value for money.

Everything was perfect, I liked my stay. The location was wonderful and stunning, close to a subway station. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to a scientifically spellbinding museum. A such wonderful way to end my weekend.

We loved this small hotel, nothing too much trouble. The room was stylish with stylish interior and a modern style bathroom. Had a microwave oven and an electric kettle at our disposal.

It was overall clean & spacious hotel, perfect staff and location.

This was a great stay, good prices. Have stayed at this original hotel before now and always had great service. The venue's position was central. Also, we were 2 miles from our favourite spot Oxford Street. The room was beautifully designed and enjoyable and the bathroom was clean.

Every part of it was very good, I loved stuff and location. The room was spotless with one real bed and had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV.

Tidy hotel, I loved staff and location. Helpfulness from the whole staff. The room was cleaned and available with good size TV, a bath plus a larger sofa bed. Pool & welcoming bar. All in all a well serviced venue and very relaxing stay.

The hotel was what we appreciated during our weekend. Polite personnel was with the Manager. Early check-in was a bonus.

Pretty much what I expected : reliable hotel, reasonably priced. Generous breakfast, excellent pool, VERY CLASSY position. The room was romantic, had a luxurious bathroom. Loved that climate control, WiFi and flat screen cable TV were provided. Near a clean beach. The service provided was personalized, and the staff was professional.

Delicious breakfast, atmospheric room & comfy bed. The restaurant was terrific & staff was always nice. Minimalist style hotel with modern furniture in the rooms. Relaxing tea, coffee, beers and juices in the lobby bar, overnight parking place.

The hotel itself was popular, location and staff were terrific. The bar area was small, I loved it. Took advantage of wake up calls and ironing, they were free of charge. Had no problem using their secure parking, the internet was complimentary.

The staff are obliging, rooms are immaculately clean and absolutely perfect, location is fab!

The staff was FRIENDLY and we greatly enjoyed English breakfast. Super bed, we slept like babies. Regards to your concierge. Spent a nice evening at Bizzarro, located minutes away from the venue.

We had the club double room and it was calm. People were hospitable and ready to render a good service. Breakfast costs £15 per person...

It's a deluxe hotel with perfect location and modern rooms. Really enjoyed being just a short walk away from Lancaster Gate metro station. A good choice of options for breakfast in the bar.
